First Day of Class Recommendations

Arrival time on the first day.
Students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class to get their skates on and prepare for class.

What to wear on the ice-
All students should wear a jacket, gloves, and warm clothes that allow them free movement on the ice.
Helmets are always recommended, especially for children six and under.
And the number one forgotten item? Socks! A thin pair that rises above the ankle is best to avoid feeling uncomfortable.

The Ashburn Ice House DOES NOT provide or rent:
helmets, jackets, gloves, or socks.

Please check out our Pro-Shop for these items.

Where to go when you get to the Ashburn Ice House-
If you are already registered for class you do not have to check in at the front desk. If you are using our rental skates you can proceed directly to skate rental counter to get your skates. Once you have your skates on, proceed to the designated rink to get your class assignments.

Due to the size of our program, we do not allow Make-up Lessons.
