The Ashburn Ice House, located in Ashburn, VA is seeking full-time and part-time Managers on Duty (MOD). This individual will be responsible for the supervision of all frontline employees during their shift. The individual will provide leadership to other employees, crisis management during times of need, and conflict resolution to customers and employees. This person must be mature and excel in a fast-paced environment. Also, must be highly organized, self-starting, willing to delegate, and have excellent interpersonal skills. ZAMBONI DRIVERS
The Ashburn Ice House, located in Ashburn, VA, is seeking part-time Zamboni Drivers for nights and weekends. Individual will responsible for the proper operation and basic maintenance of the ice resurfacing machines used to prepare the ice surface at the Ashburn Ice House. Individual will provide simple maintenance of the machines to keep them in proper working order, as well as maintain the bay areas that house the machinery. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all locker rooms, team benches, bleachers, the mezzanine, lobby, and restrooms, employee only areas, and outside spaces.
